Source: Nicole Seeman with some addition

Maida/All purpose flour-3 tbsp
Confectioner’s sugar-3tbsp
Ground almonds/cashews-3tbsp
Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon

Selection of fruits for 6 persons
Whipping cream-1 1/2 cup
Condensed milk-6tbsp

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Take flour, sugar and ground almonds in a bowl and mix them nicely. Cut the butter into pieces. Mix it into the flour mixture until it’s completely incorporated and looks crumbly. Press the crumbly mixture into a baking pan and bake for 15 mins. Once cooked it should be nice and brown-if not leave it in the oven for a little longer. Then remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.

Cut the fruits into bite sized pieces in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice and mix together. Divide the fruit salad into 6 individual bowls. Top it with 1/4 cup of the whipping cream and a tablespoon of condensed milk. Finally add the crumbled crumble on top and serve immediately.

1. You can prepare the fruit salad and crumble ahead of time.
2. Keep the Salad in the refrigerator until the time of serving.
3. Do not mix them up until the last minute or else the crumble will become soft
4. You can also top the fruit salad with whatever cookies you have in hand. But this
    crumble tastes so great.
