Instant stir-fry

A tasty stir-fry that goes well with rice......very easy to make too. Enjoy!

Potato-1 (sliced)
Onion-1/2 (sliced)
Green chillies-2 slit and halved
Asparagus -a handful (trimmed and cut into pieces)
Oil-2 tsp

Heat a skillet and arrange the potato slices (slightly thicker than chips). Close it with a lid and let it cook for 4 mins. In between flip them. Remove the lid and add sliced onions, green chillies and asparagus. Cook covered for 2 mins more. Open the lid and add salt and oil. Mix well and fry until slightly wilted and potatoes are crisp (around 3 mins).
